Our Services
People support
Providing emotional/practical support in times of stress. Helping participants with paperwork, signposting and referrals to other services.
Art
Our Art sessions offer calm, creative space to explore painting, crafts and new art ideas to learn.
Gardening
We grow vegetable, berb, and flowers together in a peaceful garden. it is a space to connect with nature.
How to Join The Garden
We welcome participants to our therapeutic gardening sessions during the following times
Becoming part of our garden community is straightforward. No prior gardening experience is necessary.
Weekly Sessions
Tuesday
Morning session 10:30 am – 12:00 pm
Arrive between 10:00 – 10:15 am, ready for a 10:30 start
Lunch 12:00 – 1:00 pm
Morning and afternoon participants will cook and share an hot meal together
Afternoon session 1:00 – 2:30 pm
Arrive between 12:00 – 12:45 pm to have lunch, be ready for a 13:00 start
Friday
Morning Session 10:00 – 11:30 am
Arrive between 9:30 – 9:45 am, ready for a 10:00 start Take away-lunch provided at the end of this session
